Municipal Court

Message from Judge Mike Carter:

The Wentzville Court is responsible for handling and deciding alleged ordinance violations that may occur within Wentzville's city limits. For the vast majority of Missouri citizens, municipal court is THE ONLY court they will ever interact with. Wentzville Municipal Court takes this quite seriously and works hard to make sure every interaction with our court leaves the distinct impression that all matters are handled fairly and impartially.

We CANNOT allow direct email communications with the court about ANYONE's specific case. However, if you wish to share anything about the court's overall service to the community it serves; we hope you will take a moment to offer your critique or praise. Please send an email to wentzvillecourts.email@wentzvillemo.gov.
