Residential Customer
New customers need to complete a Residential Occupancy Application and pay required deposit. The form and deposit may be mailed or dropped off at any of three sites listed above.
Deposit is held until two years of good payment history is established.

Residential Occupancy Inspection
Residential occupancy inspections are required on all rental/lease properties every time a property changes tenants. An Occupancy Inspection Application Form must be completed and paid for prior to a new tenant occupying the property. Residential occupancy inspections are no longer required in the City of Wentzville on the sale of an existing home as of 9/27/12. Billing
Services are billed monthly and due ten days after the bill date. Water charges are based on usage calculated by meter reads. Sewer for residential customers is based on the average water used over the four months of November, December, January and February. New customers will have their usage based on the average of all residents until such history is established.

Payments
Services may be paid using our automatic
bank draft from your account, by mail, drop box, or in person. Drop boxes are available at each of the locations listed above. Cash, Check, Money Order, and MasterCard are only accepted. An additional 3% is added on MasterCard transactions.
