To request a copy of a police report, call 636-639-2113, print and fax the attached form to 636-327-5896, or bring the attached Request for Copy of Police Report to the Wentzville Police Department at 1019 Schroeder Creek Blvd, Wentzville, MO 63385, along with a copy of your valid driver’s license.
There is a $5 fee for each report requested. Cash or Money orders are only accepted at this time.
Please allow 5-10 working days for the report to be completed before copies can be distributed.
Please provide as much information when requesting the report:
- Full Names of parties involved
- Date of Occurrence
- Time of Occurrence
- Location of Occurrence
- Type of Occurrence (burglary, vandalism, traffic accident, etc.)
- Case Number
