Progress Park Center - Banquet and Meeting Facility
Progress Park center is a banquet and meeting facility with a capacity to hold 200 – 225 people. The center was remodeled in the spring of 2009 and features a state of the art kitchen and beautiful wood dance floor. The facility may be rented for receptions, birthdays, meetings or other special occasions.
The rental fee for a full day rental is $400.00 for nonprofit groups and $600.00 for other groups.
The rental rate for meetings is $100.00 for a two-hour rental and $25.00 more for each additional hour. The rental rate for meetings for nonprofit groups is $50.00 for a two-hour rental and $25.00 more for each additional hour with a maximum rental of 4 hours.
These meeting rates are available Monday through Thursday from 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Within 30 days of the rental, if there are no other rentals the night before – the renter may reserve the facility for $75.00 for the purpose of decorating from 3:30pm – 9:00pm.
A Special Event Use Permit must be filled out for any fundraiser or special activity outside of receptions and meetings. Renter must present a Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Wentzville as an additional insured in the amount of $3 million (unless prior approval of lesser amount). All endorsement pages must be included with the Certificate.
