
Request for Copy of Report
For just $13 you may now request a copy of an auto accident report by going to http://www.docview.us.com. You do not have to call or come in to the Wentzville Police Department! Once on the website, click on "Buy an individual report." From the drop down, select that state in which the crash occurred (Missouri). Then scroll down and select "Wentzville Police Department." Enter the date of your accident and the report number (example: 12-1234) and click on "Next." When you locate your report, select "Purchase" and follow the payment instructions. The report will be available on-line for you to print. If you do not locate your report, it may not be available yet, it can take up to 10 working days to become available. Try back in a few days.
To request of copy of a police report, follow the link above "request for copy of report" and either mail it to the Wentzville Police Department at 1019 Schroeder Creek Blvd., Wentzville, MO 63385 or bring it to the Wentzville Police Department, M-F between 9 am and 4 pm, along with a copy of your valid driver’s license and payment.
There is a $5 fee for each report requested. Cash or Money orders are only accepted at this time.
Please allow 5-10 working days for the report to be completed before copies can be distributed.
Please provide as much information when requesting the report:
- Full Names of parties involved
- Date of Occurrence
- Time of Occurrence
- Location of Occurrence
- Type of Occurrence (burglary, vandalism, traffic accident, etc.)
- Case Number
To File A Police Report
If you are a victim of a crime or are involved in an accident that occurred in the city limits of Wentzville, contact the Wentzville Police Department at 636-327-5105.
The Wentzville Police Department is open twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
If you live within the city limits of Wentzville the officer can respond to your residence to take the report or you may come into the station.
If you live outside of the city limits of Wentzville, you will need to respond to the Police Department for a report to be completed.
