Planning and Zoning Division
The Planning and Zoning Division, in conjunction with other City Division's, utilizes Wentzville's Comprehensive Plan titled "A Community's Vision" to guide land use development. Utilization of the adopted Zoning Regulations and Subdivision Regulations helps to administer the Land Use Goals of the City. The Planning and Zoning Division participates in the development cycle from initial contact concerning the use of the property through development and compliance. The Planning and Zoning Division assists in the administration and implementation of new residential, commercial and industrial projects in the City of Wentzville and works to administer the goals of the Comprehensive Plan.
