Business:

Residential:

Any time a residence changes occupants, a Residential Occupancy Inspection and Permit must be obtained.

• Residential Occupancy Permit ($35 inspection fee required)
• Residential Occupancy Permit (use to set up utility service + $50 deposit)

Building Permits:

• Plan Examination and Building Permit – Commercial
• Plan Examination and Building Permit – Residential

In order for your form to be processed correctly if mailed, the required deposit or fee must accompany the form when mailed. If you have any questions, please contact the City at (636) 327-5202 or Public Works at (636) 327-5102.

Note: Requests for permits, particularly those requiring a plan review (Residential, Commercial, Miscellaneous), should be delivered personally to Public Works to avoid multiple visits due to lack of enough information. All other applications or forms may be delivered by mail or personally to City Hall.
