Ameren UE - Principal Gas Rates - Excluding Taxes

Note: The rates below are current as of 1st Qtr. 1999. Because gas rates may vary, please call AmerenUE at 636-639-8211 for the latest electric rates.

General Service Rate:

1. Rate based on monthly meter readings:
   Customer charge: $15.25 per month
   Weatherization Program charge: 12.00 cents/month
   Delivery charge: First 7,000 Ccf 17.46 cents/Ccf Over 7,000 Ccf 11.45 cents/Ccf
2. Minimum monthly charge: The Customer and Weatherization charge
3. Purchased gas adjustment: Applicable to all metered and/or billed Ccf, pursuant to the provisions of the Rider A - Purchased Gas Adjustment Clause.

Interruptible Service Rate With An Assurance Gas Option:

Whenever, in Company's sole judgement, gas is available for interruptible service, Company will make such service available to any qualified non-residential customer. To qualify, customer shall either provide adequate standby facilities and fuel for its use during periods when gas service is interrupted or shall give Company satisfactory evidence of its ability and willingness to curtail or cease operations during interruption. Gas service under other rates cannot be used for the same process, facility or equipment served under this rate.

1. Rate based on monthly meter readings:
   Customer charge: $100.00 per month
   Weatherization Program charge: 12.00 cents/month
   Interruptible Gas delivery charge: First 7,000 Ccf 16.94 cents/Ccf Over 7,000 Ccf 10.28 cents/Ccf
2. Assurance Gas Option: Enables an Interruptible customer to contract for daily quantities of firm gas to be available during periods of interruption, at a two block Assurance Gas Surcharge: First 250 Ccf/day 0.52 cents/Ccf All over 250 Ccf/day 0.72 cents/Ccf
3. Gas consumed during periods of interruption in excess of the level of contracted Assurance Gas, an Unauthorized Gas Delivery Charge of $1.50 per Ccf of unauthorized use, plus 150% of the highest cost of gas purchased for the applicable service area during the period of interruption, plus all penalties incurred by UE attributable to a customer's unauthorized use.
4. Minimum monthly charge: The Customer and Weatherization Program charge
5. Purchased gas adjustment: Applicable to all metered and/or billed Ccf, pursuant to the provisions of Rider A-Purchased Gas Adjustment (PGA) Clause. The Firm Sales total PGA factor of Rider A shall apply to the monthly billed Assurance Gas Ccf. The Interruptible Sales total PGA factor of Rider A shall apply to the monthly billed Interruptible Gas Ccf.
