Large General Service Rate:

Summer 4 months (June - September)

Demand Charge All kw @ $3.79

Energy Charge (per kWh):

• First 150 kWh per kW of Billing Demand @ 8.10 cents
• Next 200 kWh per kW of Billing Demand @ 6.11 cents
• All Over 350 kWh per kW of Billing Demand @ 4.09 cents

Winter 8 months (October - May)

Customer Charge $66.00

Demand Charge All kw @ $1.35

Energy Charge (per kWh):

• First 150 kWh per kW of Billing Demand @ 5.08 cents
• Next 200 kWh per kW of Billing Demand @ 3.80 cents
• All Over 350 kWh per kW of Billing Demand @ 2.96 cents
• Seasonal Energy Charge (per kWh) @ 2.96 cents

Minimum Billing Demand = 100 kW

Base Demand:

The smaller of customer's billing demands established during the preceding billing periods of a) May, b) October, c) maximum summer billing period; or d) customer's current winter billing period, but in no event less than 100 kW.

Seasonal Demand:

Customer's current billing period demand in excess of customer's Base Demand (used only to apportion kWh during winter billing).

Energy Billing:

The lesser of customer's maximum monthly metered demand or Rider I billing demand, if applicable, shall be used to apportion customer's kWh to the kWh per kW energy rate steps. Winter kWh shall be initially apportioned to the Base and Seasonal Energy rate steps in the same proportion as customer's Base and Seasonal Demands.

• 300 KW Demand, 175,000 kwh Usage, 4.87 cents/kwh Average, 81% Load Factor
• 500 KW Demand, 225,000 kwh Usage, 5.31 cents/kwh Average, 63% Load Factor
• 500 KW Demand, 295,000 kwh Usage, 4.84 cents/kwh Average, 82% Load Factor
• 1000 KW Demand, 450,000 kwh Usage, 5.29 cents/kwh Average, 63% Load Factor
• 1000 KW Demand, 590,000 kwh Usage, 4.83 cents/kwh Average, 82% Load Factor
• 5000 KW Demand, 2,250,000 kwh Usage, 5.28 cents/kwh Average, 63% Load Factor
