Downtown Revitalization Preliminary Design

Project Background:
This project is funded by the City of Wentzville and St. Charles County with the objective of developing 30% design plans for various transportation, gateway, wayfinding and other improvements within Historic Downtown. These improvements will examine improved accessibility, traffic volumes, parking and economic development opportunities for Historic Downtown Wentzville.

Project Status:

The project is being designed by CBB and is currently within the alternatives development phase.

July 16, 2018 | Open House Workshop:

Currently, the City is nearing completion of the feasibility portion of the project. Proposed improvements will be presented at a second Open House Meeting on Monday, July 16 from 1 to 6 p.m. in the Board Chambers at City Hall (1001 Schroeder Creek Blvd.). This event is open to the public. During the meeting, the City will seek comments and feedback that will be used to finalize the alternatives improvements that will be selected to bring forward to design.
