Multigenerational Facility Feedback
Since 2000, the City of Wentzville has been on a mission to provide a family-oriented community gathering space in a fun, innovative environment that promotes lifelong health and increased quality of life. In 2017, the City partnered with Ballard*King & Associates (B*K) to complete a feasibility study for an indoor community recreation center. The primary components of the study include market analysis, public input in the form of stakeholder meetings and public meetings, partnership assessment, program validation and an operations plan.
Over the past year, the City has worked with B*K to collect information about what activity spaces or programming area users consider important when planning a new multigenerational facility. All of that information has been compiled by the consultant in a draft report. We invite you to review the Feasibility Study and offer any comments that you might have.
