Local Records Checks
The Wentzville Police Department’s Records department conducts “Local” records checks free of charge to the citizens of Wentzville.
The Records office is open, Monday through Friday from 7 am until 5 pm.
Please allow three business days for the check to be processed and completed.
Please print the attached local records check form , complete, and either fax the form to 636-327-5896 or mail to the Wentzville Police Department, 1019 Schroeder Creek Blvd., Wentzville, MO 63385, with a copy of your valid driver’s license.
You cannot obtain a record check on anyone other than yourself, unless you have a notarized release from that person stating their name, address, social security number, date of birth, and reason for request.
Missouri State Highway Patrol Criminal Records Request
For information on obtaining a Criminal Records check of your Missouri Criminal History, contact the Missouri State Highway Patrol at 573-751-3313.
You may also print the attached Criminal Records Checks form and submit it along with payment to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Criminal Records and Identification Division, P.O. Box 568, Jefferson City, MO. 65102
Searches based on Name, Date of Birth, and Social Security Number cost $10.00 per name.
Searches based on fingerprints and name cost $20.00 per individual. Fingerprints must accompany this request.
