Board of Appeals
In accordance with the International Building Code, the City has appointed a dedicated group of individuals to serve on the Building Code Board of Appeals. The Board meets when necessary to hear questions regarding Building Code effectiveness and Code Enforcement. Once a Building Code Application to Appeal form is submitted, meetings will be arranged within 20 days granted a quorum of members can be available to hear the appeal. The application for Appeal must be accompanied with a $200.00 fee and an informal interpretation from the International Code Council.

Citizens who desire to serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission may apply by contacting the Mayor’s office at (636)332-5101 or by completing the Boards and Commissions Application Form and forwarding it to the Mayor’s office.
