Planning & Zoning Commission
Overview
The Planning and Zoning Commission is a nine (9) member body, seven (7) of which are appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Board of Aldermen. The remaining two (2) members are the Mayor and a member of the Board of Aldermen.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Planning and Zoning Commission's duties are to oversee the development, update and adoption of the City's Comprehensive Plan, and to make recommendations to the Board of Aldermen concerning the adoption of Zoning and Subdivision Regulations, individual Rezoning applications, Site Development Plans, Preliminary and Final Plats under the guidance of the Land Use Regulations.
Meetings
The Planning and Zoning Commission meets on the first Thursday of each month in the City Hall Council Chambers, 310 W. Pearce Blvd., Wentzville, MO at 6:00 p.m.
