Fitness
The WREC is where our guests come to focus on their fitness goals! The Wellness Hub lower level is home to free weights and selectorized weight equipment to offer guests a variety of resistance training options.
The upper level holds our Cardio Bridge that includes a variety of cardio machines including stationary bikes, treadmills and ellipticals. It has a 1/8 mile elevated track with an incline and decline for those who want the benefit of hills brought indoors and a shorter route to exclude the incline portion for those who prefer a flat course.
In addition, the WREC boasts a variety of group exercise rooms that are specially designed for a variety of purposes. Whatever your fitness goals are, we have a class and a space for you!

Kristi Bradley
Having been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, Kristi has found joy in helping people improve their strength and physical fitness. As a wife of 27 years and soon to be empty nester, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Aaron Slater
Aaron has been in the fitness and nutrition field for 16 years and served in the Army for 12. Certified in nutrition and weight loss coaching, he has a passion for helping his clients build functional strength. Aaron lives in Wentzville with his wife and two dogs. When he isn’t with clients or working out, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Nick Maurer
As a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Nick is passionate about health and wellness. He thrives on assisting busy individuals in reaching their goals amidst hectic lives. With four years of experience and certifications from the Nutrition Coaching Institute, Nick equips clients with the tools for long-term success. Nick also leads our youth strength training classes

April Williams
With over 13 years of experience, April is a force to be reckoned with, certified in NASM Personal Training and AFAA Group Fitness, among others. When she's not motivating clients, you can find her immersed in a good book, enjoying family time or indulging in reality TV shows. She's a proud native Texan, now spreading her sparkle in Missouri.
